Systemic and Relational Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of MN (Lic #4366). I received my Master's Degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

My background and training is in systemic and relational therapy, which means I look to explore deeply the systems, structures, and relationships that contribute to your life. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my approach is to help guide you on the path that is best for you.

I can help with
Individual Therapy
I work with adult individuals to address a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to focusing on identity, career, and relationships. I am particularly interested in postpartum, parenting, hormone health, career and identity, relationships (romantic and platonic), and adult children of emotionally immature parents.
Relational Therapy
My background and training is in marriage and family therapy. I work with a variety of couples (whether that be dating, pre-marital, or married). I have particular interest in helping couples navigate communication challenges and addressing needs around starting a family, parenting challenges, and transitional periods.
Family Therapy
I work with adult members of families to address relational needs (parents and adult children, siblings). I have particular interest in helping families understand generational patterns and becoming better communicators with each other.
